Shipping Rates

Our current standard shipping rates are:

Standard Delivery: $19.95 NZD
Rural Delivery: $24.95 NZD

Shipping charges apply per order unless otherwise stated.

While we endeavour to keep our shipping rates consistent, Parts House reserves the right to amend shipping charges at any time without prior notice.

The shipping cost applicable to your order will be the amount displayed and agreed to at the time your order is placed.

Order Processing

Orders are generally dispatched as soon as reasonably practicable after payment has been received and cleared.

Risk & Ownership

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the nominated shipping address.

If a parcel is authorised to be left without a signature, Parts House accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage occurring after delivery has been completed.

Ownership of goods remains with Parts House until full payment has been received.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase.

Additional freight charges incurred due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may be payable by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, or you believe items are missing, please contact Parts House as soon as reasonably possible so we can investigate with the freight carrier.

Please retain all packaging and provide photographs where requested.
